  The health work, according to the testimonies, is the right arm of the message. The right arm should not be carried in a sling. In this, Christ is ur perfect example. Jesus spent more time healing the sick than preach­ing.
  
  The Health Department:
  
  1) Disseminates counsel, gives medical help, assists in the preparation of medical missionaries, and uses its opportunities to preach the gospel;
  
  2) Seeks individuals who can cooperate in the medical branch of evan­gelism in order to advance medical missions in the different lands and continents;
  
  3) Encourages development of health departments in the unions and fields; it is to be informed about the progress and development of the health work in the various territories;
  
  4) Promotes preparation of medical health literature so the literature evangelism work can have such literature;
  
  5) Coordinates the efforts of doctors, naturopaths, nurses, aides, mas­seurs, physical therapists, nutritionists, chiropractors, dentists, social workers, and family counselors;
  
  6) Exerts efforts to see that more young people are educated in the med­ical health sector and motivated to cooperate in God's work;
  
  7) Develops worldwide plans and employs every means to advance the work in this area.
