WORLD CHURCH
- EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (Return)
It has been proven necessary, in addition to the officers of the General Conference and the committee, to elect an Executive Committee.
Since the General Conference Committee members are scattered throughout the world, it is expeditious in certain cases to call the Executive Committee together to make and carry out decisions when there are special circumstances and needs. Such should then be presented to the Committee.
The Executive Committee is made up of not fewer than five members, who belong to the General Conference committee. The number depends on the need and must be uneven. The General Conference president is both chairman and member of the Executive Committee.
