the LORD
answered
me, and said,
Write the
vision, and
make it plain
upon tables,
that he may

WEBSITE

We want to praise the name of the Lord on this special occasion, for He has allowed the General Conference's new webpage to be up and running, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. The new web address is the follow-ing: http://www.imssdarm.org. .imssdarm.org. The website is bilingual (English and Spanish), although the plan is that, in the coming months, we could also have the site in French, but part of the text and download-able materials are found in other languages.

We will begin our brief tour on the main page. It begins with "View - Ver." You may click on the language of your preference and then, after a brief musical introduction, you are on your way.

The fi rst section is "About IMS." This section briefl y explains what we believe (fundamental principles, etc.). You can also fi nd "Loca-tions" on this page. We ask that you please check this section to verify if your information (mailing address, e-mail, etc.) is correct. It would be helpful if you send us the right information (if it is necessary) with the new mailing address, the right e-mail, and a webpage address, if you currently have one.

The next section is "Contact Us." Here, you will fi nd our information (mailing address, e-mail, etc.). We will be very happy to receive a message from you, in which you will receive our confi rmation; through this method, we will receive your e-mails and we will proceed to answer them as quickly as possible.

"Publications" is the next section. This section is divided into four parts and they are: The Sab-bath Watchman, Sabbath School Lessons (for adults), Youth Anchor, and Free Downloads. Once you click on The Sabbath Watchman, you will fi nd past editions of this maga-zine, articles of lasting interest, and other articles that are important for your spiritual growth. For now, the majority of this section is in English, but we plan to include more articles in Spanish real soon.

In "Sabbath School Lessons for adults," you may download the lessons for the present year, as well as past editions. You also have the opportunity to download the same lessons in fi ve different languages. To download the lessons, just click

on the blue arrow. If you have dif-fi culties in downloading the lessons, you may use Adobe Acrobat Reader, a program that is available at your disposition and will prove useful for opening other documents through-out the website.

We still do not have the section for "Sabbath School Lessons for Children," but in the coming weeks, God-willing, we will be able to offer you this free service as well.

In the "Youth Anchor" section, you have access to this website: www.juventdencristo.org, which cor-responds to the Youth Department of the General Conference. You may also download the Week of Prayer for the Youth, as well as articles of lasting interest, and the Youth Anchor itself.

You may fi nd books from the Publishing Department of the General Conference, available to the public, in the "Catalogue" section. The purpose of these books is to help you in your Christian path, to share them with others, and that they might be subjects of interest to you. The books themselves are classifi ed in various categories, such as: His-tory, Dogma, Education, Family, Her-meneutic, Refl ection, Leadership, Health, Children, Formation, Hym-nals, and Music in CD format (both instrumental and vocal). There is also a brief description, as well as an ordering slip, of all the various items we offer. This page is still under construction, but we hope to have it available in the coming days, so we thank you for your understanding.

"News" is the next section. Here, you may fi nd IMS News of the present year, as well as pre-vious editions. In each of the months of the year, you will fi nd the most interesting and outstand-ing news and events of our church around the world. We kindly ask that these interesting news are printed and distributed among pastors, Bible workers, and church members.

"OurBeliefs" is a very important section for us who form part of the body of Christ (the church) in the last days. You can fi nd all of our principles of faith and you may study them point by point. The same text is available for your convenience, and you may freely download it, in thePublications section. These thirty-seven principles not only speak about God's present truth, but they also explain the reason why we are called to be reformers in a world full of dark-ness, violence, and moral corrup-tion.These principles give a brief idea of what our message is to the world; they may also be reviewed by those who have been baptized and by anyone who desires to be baptized and to form part of the church.

"Our Mission" summarizes the principles that stimulate our evangelistic work, and the present church of God, in this time. The testimonies defi ne how important it is to extend the gospel "...to every soul upon the earth." God's Amazing Grace, p. 338.

In the "World Church" section, you fi nd a brief description of

the importance of organization, along with all of the departments within the General Conference, as well as the duties of the various committees and delegates in the church. This gives the reader a general idea of the organized structure of the church.

The fi nal section is "Ser-vices." It is divided into the fol-lowing three sections: Health, Social, and Education.

In "Health," the Elim Sana-torium (located in Germany) is presented. This is a health clinic that is known for spreading the fundamental principles of Health Reform, in accordance to the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy, for the preservation, recuperation, main-tenance, and overall well-being of health. Diverse therapies, includ-ing the Mayr cure and its benefi ts, are presented here. You also have access to the various treatments that are available at Elim, as well as many recreational activities in the tranquility of Nonnweiler. You may also fi nd contact tele-phone numbers, the address, and the prices for the treatments and lodging. We want you to help us expand this section by sending us the health institutions that exist in the Field or Union you fi nd your-self in, so they are also included.

The "Social" section deals with the work of The Good Samar-itan of the General Conference. In here, you will fi nd what "The Good Samaritan" is, its purpose, who it helps, specifi c projects that are conductedinvariouscountries,

and information to send donations, so that this branch of social mission-ary work may continue growing. We want you to help us expand this section by sending us the social institu-tions that exist in the Field or Union you fi nd yourself in, so they are also included.

The last section is "Educa-tion." The vital principal of all edu-cation is "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge..”." Proverbs 1:7. You learn about the diversity of schools that exist around the world; home schools, church schools, cook-ing schools, health schools, mission-ary schools, editorial schools, kindergartens, secondary schools, trade schools, and many more. We want you to help us expand this section by sending us the educational institu-tions that exist in the Field or Union you fi nd yourself in, so they are also included.

Well, brethren, we have reached the end of the webpage's tour. We hope that you enjoy it and we hope to receive your opinions. Our desire and prayer is that the Lord may bless you richly, now and forever, for we all desire to praise and thank God for His assistance and for His guidance.

We kindly dismiss ourselves with 3 John 2: "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." Please, do not forget to send us your comments and your information. Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

-The Publishing Department ofthe General Conference
