The International Missionary Society, Seventh-day Adventist Church,
Reform Movement is a fundamental Christian faith which takes the Bible (of 66 books), and the Bible only, as its creed. The writings of the Spirit of Prophecy (by Ellen G. White) are also considered inspired.
The primary objective of this organization is to fulfill the commission of Jesus Christ: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." Matthew 28:18-20.
As Christ sought the well-being of mankind as a whole, we also are committed to promoting the peace and harmony of the world community by spreading the knowledge of the Bible, especially the principles of the Decalogue, by living and preaching the inspiring teachings of Jesus Christ and by educating members and the general populous in sound health principles. Public health and welfare are promoted by encouraging a simple, healthful way of living and by discouraging all within our influence, from using alcohol, nicotine, and all other harmful substances. Furthermore, we choose a lifestyle in harmony with God's original design for man at creation.
In addition to weekly worship services, we conduct lectures (public and private), hold Bible classes, give educational instruction, and publish and distribute literature for both young and old. Wherever possible, institutions of learning (for the education of young people) and sanitariums (for the healing of body, soul, and spirit) are established.
In harmony with the above, and understanding that any real change of habits and lifestyle can come about only through a true heart relationship with God (conversion), we limit ourselves to charitable and benevolent activities toward all mankind and refuse participation of
any kind of bloodshed, public demonstrations, and politics.
Every honest, sincere individual who is committed to the basic principles of this organization and personally makes a covenant with God through baptism by immersion, may be a member.
Support of this organization comes from the tithes and offerings of its members and friends and is used for the spreading of the gospel.
"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Isaiah 8:20. All who commit their lives to following the principles of the Holy Scriptures will be united under the government of Jesus Christ and, one day, will be a part of His eternal kingdom. To them the King of kings and Lord of lords will say, "Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." Matthew 25:34.

La Sociedad Misionera Internacional de la Iglesia Adventistas del Séptimo Día Movimiento de Reforma tiene una fe cristiana ortodoxa, que considera la Biblia como su credo y la Biblia solamente. Las escrituras del Espíritu de Profecía (por Elena G. de White) también se consideran inspiradas.
El objeto primordial de esta organización es cumplir la comisión de Jesucristo: “Por tanto, id, y haced discípulos a todas las naciones, bautizándolos en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo; enseñándoles que guarden todas las cosas que os he mandado; y he aquí yo estoy con vosotros todos los días, hasta el fin del mundo.”Mateo 28:19-20.
Así como Cristo buscó el bienestar de la humanidad entera, nosotros también estamos comprometidos a promocionar la paz y armonía a la comunidad mundial al esparcir el conocimiento de la Biblia, especialmente los principios del Decálogo, al vivir y predicar las enseñanzas inspiradas de Jesucristo y educar a los miembros y a la población
principios generales de la salud. La salud y el bienestar público son promocionados al promover una simple y saludable manera de vivir y ejerciendo toda nuestra influencia en contra del uso del alcohol, la nicotina y toda sustancia dañina. Además, nosotros elegimos un estilo de vida en armonía con el plan original de Dios para el hombre en la creación.
Además de los servicios de adoración semanales, dirigimos conferencias (tanto públicas como privadas), impartimos estudios bíblicos, instrucción educacional y publicamos y distribuimos literatura para jóvenes y adultos. Cuando es posible, se establecen instituciones de aprendizaje para la educación de la juventud y sanatorios para la curación del cuerpo, el alma y el espíritu.
En armonía con lo mencionado anteriormente, y entendiendo que cualquier cambio real de hábitos y estilo de vida pueden llevarse a cabo solo por una verdadera relación con Dios (la conversión), nosotros nos limitamos a actividades caritativas y benevolentes hacia toda la humanidad y rehusamos participar en cualquier clase de derramamiento de sangre y demostraciones públicas y la política.
Cada honesto y sincero individuo que se compromete con los principios básicos de esta organización y personalmente hace un pacto con Dios a través del bautismo por inmersión, puede un miembro.
El apoyo de esta organización viene de los diezmos y ofrendas de sus miembros y amistades y es usado para el esparcimiento del Evangelio.
“¡A la ley y al testimonio! Si no dijeren conforme a esto, es porque no les ha amanecido.” Isaías 8:20. Todos los que comprometen sus vidas a seguir los principios de las Sagradas Escrituras serán unidos al gobierno de Jesucristo y algún día serán parte de su reino eterno. A éstos el Rey de reyes y Señor de señores les dirá, “Venid, benditos de mi Padre, heredad el reino preparado para vosotros desde la fundación del mundo. ”Mateo 25:34.
